Projemizin amacı, öğretmenlerimizin akran zorbalığını engellemede doğru müdahale yöntemlerini deneyimleyerek; okulumuzdaki akran zorbalığını birinci yılın sonunda %18'den %13'e,uzun vadede de en az seviyeye indirmektir.
Bu nedenle Olweus Öğrenciler İçin Akran Zorbalığı Anketi ve KA-Sİ Empatik Eğilim Ölçeği Çocuk Formu sonuçlarında
zorbalığa iten nedenlerden biri olarak görülen;başkalarının düşüncelerini önemsememe,empati kuramama ve
farklılıkları kabul etmeme problemlerine çözüm getiren P4C (Philosophy For Children) ve drama becerilerini pedagojik olarak edineceğiz.
Bu yaklaşım ile öğretmenlerimiz;
-Öğrencilerde felsefi sorgulama ve diyaloğu nasıl teşvik edeceklerini,
-Mevcut imkanlar çerçevesinde,öğrenciler arasında zengin tartışma ortamlarını nasıl hazırlayacaklarını,
-Sınıflarda P4C soruşturma ortamlarında nasıl kolaylaştırıcı olacaklarını,
-Öğrencilerin eleştirel ,yaratıcı,özenli ve işbirlikçi düşünme becerilerine nasıl katkıda bulunacaklarını,
-Teorik bilgiyi pratiğe nasıl dökeceklerini,
-P4C yaklaşımının müfredata nasıl entegre edileceğini öğreneceklerdir.
USING CREATIVE DRAMA IN EDUCATION
TRAINING PROGRAM
DAY 1.
First Session:
Subject: Introduction to Creative Drama
Content: General information about the concept of Creative Drama and its use in
education is given in practice.
Second Session:
Subject: Components of Creative Drama
Content: Elements of creative drama and the use of elements and examples
DAY 2
First Session:
Subject: Creative Drama Stages
Content: Practices on which stages can be designed in which order for creative
drama workshop structuring.
Second Session:
Subject: Components of dramatic fiction
Content: Application examples are given about the concept of dramatic fiction and
which techniques can be applied with.
DAY 3
First Session:
Subject: Drama and games
Content: A game-based workshop on game theory, educational uses of games,
game types and examples.
Second Session:
Subject: Game and Game Design in Education
Content: Based on game mechanics, discovering the application areas of the game
in education. Designing educational games.
DAY 4
First Session:
Subject: Creative Drama Techniques
Content: Based on the process drama technique, the most frequently used
techniques in creative drama applied around the subject that teachers can use.
Second Session:
Subject : Space Drama
Content: The use of drama and play in different learning areas is implemented using
previously seen technical methods.
DAY 5
First Session:
Subject: The use of drama in field area courses
Content: Implementation drafts are created on the use of drama in classroom and
extracurricular processes in the primary school period.
Second Session:
Subject: Evaluation processes in drama
Content: Examples of the use of the techniques used in drama in the evaluation
phase are processed by making an interactive evaluation of the training program.
P4C–PHILOSOPHY FOR CHILDREN
TRAINING PROGRAM
DAY 1
Meet, pre-test application. Introducing the philosophy of practice. The disciplines of psychology and cognitive sciences, sociology and
relations with other types of social work.
DAY 2
Content of the P4C approach: "Philosophy for Children-P4C" should be trained?
DAY 3
Teacher's place in P4C; conducting an in-class P4C investigation
DAY 4
Stories, photos, videos, etc. for students. event preparation, Bully, Victim and Bystander triangle in P4C
DAY 5
Integration of the program into the general education system. Presentation of case studies, post-test application and certificate
ceremony.
